Terms of use

We provide information and coordination. Clinics provide treatment under their own contracts with you. Patients pay nothing to us; clinics pay fixed fees (a monthly subscription and a fixed fee per qualified enquiry).

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and our coordination service, provided by NexoMed S.R.L. (Romania). Please read them with our privacy notice and medical disclaimer.

What we do

  • Publish general information about dental treatment, clinics and travel.
  • Help you prepare an enquiry and share it with clinics you authorise.
  • Coordinate communication and practical arrangements.

What we do not do

  • We are not a dental practice and do not provide, diagnose or recommend treatment.
  • We are not a party to your contract with a clinic, and we do not take payment or hold deposits for treatment.
  • We are not a travel agent and do not sell flights or accommodation.

Your contract with the clinic

Any treatment is agreed directly between you and the clinic, which is responsible for your clinical care, consent, pricing, invoicing, guarantees and aftercare. Read the clinic's terms carefully before you agree.

How we are paid

Partner clinics pay us fixed fees: a monthly subscription and, above their plan's allowance, a fixed fee per qualified enquiry (an enquiry the patient has authorised us to share with that clinic). We take no commission or percentage of treatment. Neither the plan nor the fees have any effect on how clinics are ordered on the site.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, [liability wording to be drafted by counsel].

Governing law

[Governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed, taking account of consumer protection rules in the UK and Ireland].
