When the first patients have completed treatment and consented, their stories will appear here, newest first, alongside the date of treatment and the clinic involved.
Publication policy
Six rules every story follows.
Written consent
A story is published only after the patient has given written consent for that specific text, and any photographs, to appear. Consent can be withdrawn and the story removed.
Completed treatment
We publish only after treatment arranged through a partner clinic has been completed, so the story covers the whole journey, not just the first visit.
No editing of substance
We may correct spelling or remove personal details for privacy. We never change what a patient says about their treatment, the clinic or us.
Good and bad experiences
We publish critical stories on the same terms as positive ones. A clinic cannot ask for a story to be removed because it is unfavourable.
Traceable details
Each story shows the treatment, the clinic, the number of visits, the date of treatment and the date of consent.
No demo stories in production
Sample content used while building the site is labelled as demo data and is never shown on the live site.
