How it works

A clear route from first question to aftercare.

We coordinate; independent clinics treat. Here is each step, what happens in it, and who is responsible for what.

Seven steps

At your pace, with no obligation.

Start your free assessment
  1. Tell us what you are considering

A short online assessment covers the treatment you are thinking about, your timing and how you prefer to be contacted. You do not need X-rays to start, and nothing you write commits you to anything.

    Typically takes a few minutes.

  2. Speak to a coordinator

A coordinator reads your answers and contacts you to clarify what you are looking for. They explain how clinics are checked and how we are paid. They do not diagnose or recommend treatment.

    Coordinators are not clinicians.

  3. Choose which clinics see your enquiry

You decide which verified clinics receive your information, up to three at a time. Nothing is shared until you authorise each clinic individually, and you can withdraw that permission later.

Consent is per clinic, never bundled.

  4. Receive and compare estimates

Clinic dentists review your enquiry and any records you choose to share, and send preliminary estimates. Each one states who prepared it, what it includes and what it assumes.

Estimates are not final until you are examined.

  5. Meet the dentist before you book

Arrange a video consultation with the treating dentist. Ask about their experience, the proposed plan, alternatives, risks and aftercare. Take your time, and talk to your own dentist if it helps.

You are under no obligation to proceed.

  6. Plan your visits

If you decide to go ahead, you contract and pay the clinic directly. Your coordinator helps you plan flights, accommodation and the gaps between visits that healing requires.

    We never hold treatment deposits.

  7. Aftercare, at home and abroad

Follow-up arrangements are agreed in writing before you travel. Once home, your coordinator stays your first point of contact and helps you reach the clinic if you have concerns.

    Your local dentist remains important.

Responsibilities

Who does what.

Clinical decisions are always made by a dentist who has examined you. We never diagnose, and we never choose a treatment for you.

You
Decide which clinics see your information, which plan to accept and when to travel. You can stop at any point.
Your coordinator
Organises, explains and follows up. Helps with practical arrangements. Does not give clinical advice.
The clinic
Examines you, diagnoses, proposes and carries out treatment, invoices you and is responsible for your clinical care.
