You invoice patients directly. We take nothing from treatment fees.

Verification
What joining involves.
- Operating licence
- The clinic's authorisation to provide dental services, issued by the competent Romanian authority.
- CMSR registration
- Current registration of every listed dentist with the Colegiul Medicilor Stomatologi din România.
- Malpractice insurance
- Valid professional liability cover for each practitioner and the clinic, with expiry dates.
- Company registration
- Company records from the Trade Register (ONRC), matched to the clinic's invoicing entity.
- Site visit (optional)
- An in-person or video walk-through of the premises, where agreed.
- Expiry tracking
- Each document has an expiry date. We request renewals in advance and re-check periodically.

A qualified enquiry is a patient who has explicitly authorised us to share their enquiry with your clinic. Extra enquiries are a fixed fee — never a percentage of treatment value. Plan features are provisional and will be confirmed in the partner agreement. Listing always depends on passing verification, whichever plan you choose.
How to apply
- Complete the short application with your clinic and contact details.
- Upload your licence, CMSR registrations, insurance certificates and company records.
- We review the documents and may arrange a call or site visit.
- Once verified, you agree the partner terms, choose a plan and complete your profile.
What we ask of partners
- Itemised estimates that state inclusions, exclusions and assumptions.
- A named dentist responsible for each estimate and treatment stage.
- Written aftercare and guarantee terms given to patients before they travel.
- Honest, dated indicative prices, or none at all.
- Prompt responses to patient concerns raised through their coordinator.
